1. Data controller
The controller of personal data is Mariusz Augustyniak SOAR (ASPIRANDO STUDIO brand); the registered address and tax ID will be completed once the business is formally launched. Contact: kontakt@mariuszaugustyniak.pl.
2. What data we collect
Through the contact form we collect: full name, email address, optionally a phone number, and the content of your message. Providing this data is voluntary but necessary to respond to your inquiry.
3. Purpose and legal basis
We process the data solely to handle your inquiry and to contact you back, based on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in responding to your message (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
4. Data recipients
Messages from the form are delivered by the Web3Forms service (form infrastructure provider) and our email provider. The data is not sold or used for marketing purposes without separate consent.
5. Retention period
We keep the data for as long as necessary to handle the inquiry and any further correspondence, after which we delete it.
6. Your rights
You have the right to access your data, rectify it, erase it, restrict processing, object, and withdraw consent at any time. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office. For data matters, write to kontakt@mariuszaugustyniak.pl.
